Staff in the restaurant and kids’ club were outstanding, super friendly and kind. The food was very good and overall the hotel is decent with plenty activities for smaller children.

The check in process was breeze . Room service by house keeping needs improvement since it's delayed also and every time you need to call 2-3 times for basic amenities like Separate dental kit, towels etc . We wewre surprised to know when we asked for one plate , they asked 15 and extra .. never experienced such a thing in wherever we travelled these years . Location is good but disturbed by ongoing construction nearby

Overall had a great experience. Location, Food Choices, & Rooms were superb with a pretty good view of the sea. 3 Pools with private beach access was definitely a plus and well maintained. It is definitely worth a visit!

We had an amazing 2 Days stay at Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah Marjan Island with my two kids (7 & 4 years old). From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and outstanding service truly stood out. A special thanks to Mr. Gergis Salib, for the great support, it made our experience even more comforting. The housekeeping team also deserves a big shoutout for their attentiveness and spotless work. My kids absolutely loved the water park and the indoor soft play area — it kept them entertained and happy the entire time! The resort is not only beautiful but also incredibly family-friendly, making it the perfect escape for both parents and children.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. We were warmly welcomed by a wonderful lady at the dinner buffet entrance who, upon realizing we were Arabs, kindly insisted we enjoy our meal first before paying — a gesture that speaks volumes about the level of hospitality here. Though the international buffet didn’t feature Arabic dishes, we were pleasantly surprised: the food was absolutely delicious — in fact, even better than many traditional Arabic buffets we’ve tried. The chicken was cooked to perfection, the onion rings were crisp and flavorful, and the meat options were tender and well-seasoned. There was something for everyone, and the live hot dog station added a fun interactive touch. The buffet staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout. Special thanks again to the amazing hostess who welcomed us so graciously — she truly made our evening. My wife and I both agree: she was, as we say in Egypt, “عسل!”

Great location, away from the dirt and the frantic pace of Dubai. If you care for a familiar food taste, there is a mall with nice restaurants only 2 miles away and a nice burger joint along the waterfront.
